On November 10th, experts and scholars of “the Belt and Road “engineering projects had lively discussion about energy investment in Europe at Sunshine Law Firm’s Beijing office. The seminar was presided by Mr. Song Yuxiang, a partner of Sunshine.

Partners from Noerr Law Firm, Dr. Holger Schmitz and Dr. Tibor Fedke first addressed current status of German energy, policy tendency, energy structure forecast, regulatory system and main body, foreign investors’ opportunities, notifications, and other issues. As the founder and general manager of Finadvice AG, Mr. Hans Poser introduced several potential opportunities on European and German investment and M&A projects, including French offshore wind power project, M&A of German biomass power generation corporation, M&A of Dutch CNG filling station's operative corporation, German pumped storage project and etc.
