Mrs.Yan Wei joined Sunshine Law Firm in 2017. Endowed with a combined knowledge background spanning law and government governance, Attorney Yan has extensive experience in assisting enterprises with antitrust investigations and providing comprehensive investigation response solutions. She has also provided services such as the establishment of antitrust compliance systems and antitrust compliance training for multiple energy groups, handled a large number of concentration of undertakings filing projects, and accumulated rich experience in relevant market definition. Moreover, she has successfully secured approval for a number of complex joint venture projects in sectors including natural gas and power.

Mrs.Yan Wei has accumulated rich practical experience in providing industry-specific legal services for the oil and gas sector. She has a profound understanding of the business models, policies and regulations, supervision systems, transaction practices and special risks inherent in the oil and gas industry. The oil and gas projects she has participated in cover a wide range of types, including the mergers and acquisitions of urban gas/gas filling station projects, the resolution of disputes over urban gas franchise rights, legal services during the construction period of urban gas projects, LNG trading, and the utilization of LNG receiving terminals. Throughout her legal practice, she has led and completed due diligence investigations on asset packages and legal services for acquisitions in multiple large-scale oil and gas projects, and excels at handling major and complex projects.
