Mr.Zhou Anjie has long been engaged in legal practice related to investment and financing in the energy sector, covering energy project investment and restructuring, green project financing, and comprehensive reform of state-owned enterprises. He has provided legal services for a number of energy projects with far-reaching industry impact, spanning investment, M&A, restructuring and financing; he has also offered consulting services to multiple pilot enterprises for the comprehensive reform of state-owned enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC).

Currently, he provides legal representation for a host of large-scale energy enterprises, including Zhejiang Energy Group, Huaneng Zhejiang Company, China Energy Engineering Corporation, Windey Co., Ltd., CNNC Huineng Energy Co., Ltd., State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation, Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant, Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant, Jinqimen Nuclear Power Plant and Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant.

Beyond project-specific legal services, Mr.Zhou Anjie has also participated in a number of major research initiatives in the energy sector, including the reform of the approval system for thermal power projects launched by the National Energy Administration, as well as the reform of the power sales side and the cultivation of diversified market entities in electricity sales under the administration of the same authority.
