Mr.Yin Yong once worked at Li-Ning Company, Peking University Founder Group, China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Group, State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation and State Power Investment Corporation. He has participated in or led the establishment and restructuring of four subsidiary companies of central state-owned enterprises (SOEs); he also oversaw the preparation of a subsidiary of a central SOE and served as its first general manager.

Well-versed in the internal workflows of the central SOE system, he has hands-on experience in enterprise-wide compliance operations, reform and restructuring, as well as project investment and financing. Since 2017, Mr.Yin has specialized in research on hydrogen energy industry technologies, equipment and legal services. He has been invited as an expert lecturer by multiple industry platforms, and presided over a research project on compliance guidelines for the entire hydrogen energy industry chain commissioned by a central SOE group. He possesses in-depth insights into key areas involved in hydrogen energy industry layout, including industrial park development models, investment, construction and operation of hydrogen production and refueling stations, M&A of hydrogen-related assets, and compliance operations of hydrogen energy enterprises.
