Since 1999, we have been involved in the early stage of China’s power system reform, and taken an active part in formulating the rules of the Zhejiang electricity market as well as drafting the model text of differential pricing power purchase contracts, among other key initiatives. We took the lead in drafting the model texts of Power Purchase and Sale Contract and Grid Connection and Dispatching Contract for the former State Power Corporation, and participated in formulating Measures for the Supervision of Full Purchase of Renewable Energy Power by Grid Enterprises (Order No. 25 of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission). We have also participated in the research, drafting and demonstration of amendments to multiple laws and regulations, including the Electric Power Law, Energy Law, Measures for Power Supply Supervision and Measures for the Supervision of Fair Grid Access, which were led by relevant national authorities.
